Proposal for Inclusive Membership in The Assumption College English Club Society (TACES) 

Abstract     
    This proposal advocates for the expansion of membership in the Assumption College English Club Society to promote inclusivity among all college departments, regardless of their fields of study. The goal is to develop an inviting place where students from different academic fields can collaborate and take part in literary and language-focused activities. Our club's inclusiveness initiative strives to foster a community where students from many backgrounds may join to advance and hone their English language abilities.
        In today's interconnected world, English language proficiency has emerged as a crucial skill for all college students, regardless of their academic fields. English proficiency provides them with a world of opportunities, both academically and professionally. The Assumption College English Club Society has developed an inclusive membership model in response to this demand, giving all students the opportunity to improve their English language skills.
       The benefits of language proficiency extend beyond academic achievement and into the realm of potential future employment. Many employers seek candidates with strong English language skills, as it enhances their effectiveness in a globalized workforce. By engaging with club activities, students can increase their confidence in their communication skills, increasing their chances of succeeding in networking events, interviews, and presentations.

Proposed Strategies for Inclusivity
1.   Outreach and Promotion: To make sure that all college students are aware of the English Club Society's inclusive membership policy, we will begin a thorough promotional effort. In order to reach students from different backgrounds, it will be helpful to use a variety of channels, including social media, college bulletins, departmental announcements, and campus-wide posters.
2. Customized Activities: We shall arrange our events in accordance with the preferences and interests of our different memberships. This will involve joint collaborations with other clubs or departments as well as literary discussions, workshops, which include public speaking workshops, creative writing competitions, and other activities to develop essential skills for personal and professional growth.
3.   Benefits of Membership: To encourage membership, we will provide members with unique access to useful resources, including writing support, networking events, and chances to publish or perform their work.
